Curtis has a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Texas A&M. He is a Managing Partner and Agent with Pierson & Fendley. He is a former IIAT Board Member and Service Committee Member and is a current Regional Vice President for IIAT. Curtis is very involved in the community. He is on the Board for Lamar National Bank, Member of Lamar County Human Resources, Member of Sulphur Regional Mobility Authority, Board member for Boys Club of Paris, Board member for NeTseO Trails Council of Boy Scouts of America, Member of Planning and Zoning Committee for City of Paris. Matt holds a Bachelors of Business Administration-Management from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. He holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Matt joined Pierson & Fendley in August of 2002 where he works with both personal and commercial clients. Active in both professional and civic associations, Matt is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, past Lamar County Chamber of Commerce Member, Member of the City of Paris Traffic Commission, and past Board Members for the Independent Agents of Paris, United Way of Lamar County, Boys Scouts, Keep Paris Beautiful, and past Mayor of the City of Paris. In 2011, Matt was awarded the Young Agent of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas.
Clifton has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M- Commerce. He also holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Though he grew up around insurance, he formally joined Pierson & Fendley in 1999 and is licensed as both a property-casualty and life-health agent. He is active in the community and currently serves as the President of Paris Living, CDC and as a committee member for Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. He formerly served on the board of the Paris Main Street, Paris Independent Insurance Agents, Young Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and Leadership Lamar County. He is active in the Rotary Club and First United Methodist Church.
Zach Saffle is a Paris High School graduate and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, College Station. Before joining Pierson and Fendley, he owned and operated Saffle Gallery and Custom Framing and then worked in insurance with the Horace Mann Companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Texas, the City of Paris Building and Standards Commission, serves as Vice President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Paris, is an active member and past President of the Lamar County A&M Club, and a member of Paris Kiwanis Club. He is a graduate of the 2010-2011 Leadership Lamar County class, a former member and chairman of the City of Paris Main Street Advisory Board, and the city’s Task Force Committee. He and his wife Molly, an educator with North Lamar ISD, and son Evan, are members of First United Methodist Church.
